JUSTIN Bieber has reportedly bought a $16.6million mansion in La Quinta, California, amid split rumors with his wife Hailey.

The Baby hitmaker, 30, is believed to have nabbed a spot at the exclusive gated community, The Madison Club, last year – making Kris and Kylie Jenner his neighbors.

Kardashians star Kris’ $12million pad is said to be next door to Justin’s new home, while Kylie’s $3million property is two doors down, according to Robb Report.

Justin’s other high-profile residents include Tim Cook, Adele, Kourtney Kardashian, and music manager Scooter Braun.

The house has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms in nearly 10,000 square feet of living space, according to tax records.

Outside, there is a huge infinity pool, a sports court, a backyard firepit, a detached guesthouse, a four-car garage, and two motor courts with parking for more than a dozen cars.

The 1.02-acre property is gated and flanked with mature Italian cypresses for privacy.

Madison Club residents pay $1,652 a month for luxury perks like a clubhouse, five-star dining, spa facilities, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.

Justin is believed to have bought the house from Beverly Hills-based investor Alon Abady, who got it for $6.3million in 2019 and gave it a modern makeover.

Justin and Hailey, 27, also have a $25.8 million mansion in the gated Beverly Park community in Los Angeles.

The purchase in La Quinta comes after Justin’s fans noticed that he seemed to be spending lots of time in the desert city without Hailey.

He has been spotted at multiple venues around the city in Riverside County, California, in the last few months.

On a Reddit thread, fans speculated that he had moved to La Quinta amid apparent marriage issues while Hailey remains living in Los Angeles.

Hailey and Justin were spotted at Nobu in nearby Indian Wells on January 24.

On February 14, Justin went to The Nest nightclub and restaurant in Indian Wells without his partner.

The Canadian musician was also spotted on March 13 by a fan who is based in Coachella.

“I just saw Justin Bieber,” she gushed with a crying face emoji.

LIVING APART?

These sightings and screenshots were shared on Reddit, with a fan speculating, “Maybe he is staying at a separate house from Hailey [in La Quinta] and doesn’t want to appear.”

“That’s what it definitely seems like because there’s very little spotting of Justin Bieber in LA,” another agreed.

They pointed out that Hailey has been spotted out in LA several times in the past few months without Justin, going for meals out with friends.

Last week, fans accused her of creating a “fake” Easter egg with Justin’s name on it – which they claimed was actually for her friend Justine Skye.

Feburary 2016

Justin and Hailey acknowledged that they were in a relationship, but made it clear they were not exclusive.
During another interview with E! News, Hailey said that the pair were “not an exclusive couple,” adding, “relationships at this age are already complicated, but I don’t really like to talk about it because it’s between me and him.”
As for Justin, he spoke with GQ saying that Hailey was “someone I really love” but starting a serious relationship was not a good idea because there was already “a lot that [he had] to commit to,” including a tour.
Later that year, the pair split in a “very dramatic excommunication,” according to People.

June 2018

After Hailey and Justin called it quits, he got back together with Selena Gomez, but in May 2018, the pair called it quits for good.
A few weeks later, Justin got back together with Hailey.
“The common denominator, I promise you, is always church,” Hailey told Vogue, via People.
“By then we were past the drama. I just gave him a hug. By the end of the conference, he was like, ‘We’re not going to be friends.’ I was like, ‘We’re not?’ ”
The pair went on to have a number of PDA-filled public appearances, confirming their relationship was back on.

July 2018

Justin and Hailey announced their engagement.
He popped the question during a romantic dinner in the Bahamas while they were on vacation, according to People.
“Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindly,” Justin said in an Instagram post.

September 2018

On September 13, 2018, Hailey and Justin tied the knot during a courthouse wedding in New York City.

November 2018

Hailey changed her last name on social media from Hailey Rhode Baldwin to Hailey Rhode Baldwin Bieber.

September 2019

Hailey and Justin had a wedding ceremony in front of their friends and family at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Last month, Hailey’s Stephen Baldwin, sparked concern for her marriage when he pleaded with fans to pray for her and Justin.

“Christians, please when you think of Justin & Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection, and to draw close to the Lord,” he wrote at the time.

Hailey slammed the breakup rumors soon after.

“Just FYI the constant ‘blind items’ I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong,” she posted on her Instagram Story.

“Made out of thin air… Come from the land of delusion… So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they’re always false…”
