White Lotus fans ‘grossed out’ by Patrick Schwarzenegger’s full frontal scene amid ‘creepy’ incest storyline

HBO‘s The White Lotus returned with the Season 3 premiere on Sunday, and it already had fans rather creeped out by a potential gay incestuous storyline.

The show is set at a fictional luxury resort, with each season taking part at a different resort, following a whole new set of guests and staff members.

This season takes place in Thailand, with the premiere introducing the wealthy characters fans will be following, including the Ratliff family.

Patriarch Timothy (Jason Isaacs) is a wealthy businessman, who reveals early on that he brought the whole family to Thailand so his daughter Piper (Sarah Catherine Hook) could interview a Buddhist monk for her college thesis.

Timothy is also joined by his wife Victoria (Parker Posey) and their sons Saxon (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Lochlan (Sam Nivola).

Fans were quick to call out on social media what appears to be a potential incestuous storyline developing with the brothers including a nude scene with Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Towards the beginning of the episode, the family is all talking about their place, which has three rooms, meaning two of the siblings had to share.

Piper said she would share her room with the youngest child Lochlan, but Saxon insisted it was ‘weird’ if a brother and sister sleep in the same room when they have ‘full grown genitals.’

Lochlan and Saxon do ultimately share a room, which got incredibly awkward towards the end of the episode.

Saxon later mentioned that his sister Piper was ‘pretty hot’ but he doesn’t think that she’s had sex yet because he thinks she will be pursuing a Buddhist life.

He then asks his younger brother what kind of porn he likes, but Lochlan just laughs it off as Saxon wonders how he is going to ‘jerk off all week’ with him in there.

‘I’ll just go to the bathroom,’ Saxon says, as he walks to the bathroom fully nude as Lochlan watches him… hinting that Lochlan may both be gay and have incestuous feelings for his brother.

Fans were shocked by this potential storyline, with many taking to social media to voice their frustration.

‘What in the incest is going on…’ said X user @W1merSarmietno, who certainly wasn’t the only one getting incestuous vibes from the premiere.

Fans already knew that the Season 1 character Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) was returning for Season 3, though another surprise return was later revealed.

Greg Hunt (played by Jon Gries), who was featured in both previous seasons of The White Lotus, returned in the Season 3 premiere, with a new girlfriend, Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon).

Greg met Tanya McQuoid (Jennifer Coolidge) at the White Lotus in Maui in the first season, where he struck up a romance with her at the resort, where she visited after inheriting a fortune from her late mother.

They left the Maui White Lotus as a couple, but they returned in Season 2 at the Sicily White Lotus as a married couple.

However, Greg had to return to Denver for work, though Tanya stayed and was entertained by Quentin (Tom Hollander).

During the season finale, Tanya discovered a photo of a younger Greg and Quentin, as Tanya learns that Quentin and his gay associates are trying to kill her.

Before he left, Greg mentioned that he can’t quit his job because Tanya made him sign a pre-nup to protect her seemingly vast wealth.

While it’s never fully confirmed that Greg had anything to do with this plot to kill Tanya, many believe he wanted to kill her off to get his hands on her fortune.

Tanya hilariously managed to survive the assassination attempt before dying after slipping off the boat and banging her head on a railing.

Now we learned in the Season 3 premiere that Greg is now with Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon), after Chloe chats with Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) at the bar.

Chloe reveals that her and her boyfriend have lived in Thailand for a year and they have a house on top of the hill and come to the White Lotus for dinner.

Chloe points out her boyfriend – revealing Greg, eating alone – which stunned fans on social media.

It remains to be seen if Greg’s potential culpability in the possible plot to murder Tanya McQuoid will be revealed at all this season.

Since Belinda is also in Thailand, it remains to be seen if they will come face to face, or if Belinda may know about Greg’s possible involvement in Tanya’s death.
