The “Gossip Girl” alum was all smiles in a rainbow skirt suit on Wednesday, two days after her major win in her legal battle with former co-star Justin Baldoni.
The actress, 37, glowed as she stepped out in Manhattan with a friend wearing a colorful Chanel ensemble.

She paired the plaid jacket and matching skirt with a white top, blue peep-toe heels and a matching bag with 3D strawberries.
Lively accessorized with chunky jewelry and wore her hair pulled back into a ponytail.
The outing marked the second time the “Another Simple Favor” star has shown off her summer style since Baldoni’s lawsuit against her, husband Ryan Reynolds and their publicist was dismissed by a judge Monday.

Hours after the filing made headlines, Lively attended the Chanel Tribeca Festival Artists Dinner.
She rocked a white crochet dress at the time, as well as a vintage denim jacket.
In an Instagram statement that same day, Lively shared her “love and gratitude for those who stood by [her]” whom she “will never stop appreciating or advocating for.”

Her lawyers, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, similarly told Page Six, “As we have said from day one, this ‘$400 million’ lawsuit was a sham, and the Court saw right through it.
“We look forward to the next round, which is seeking attorneys’ fees, treble damages and punitive damages,” the statement continued.
Baldoni’s attorney, however, blasted Lively for what he called a “false victory tour” the following day.

Lively subsequently released a statement sharing “love and gratitude” for those who have supported her.GC Images
“We’re gonna proceed forward with the case, and we’re gonna show that there was no sexual harassment, and we’re gonna show that there was no smear campaign,” Bryan Freedman told TMZ Tuesday.
We hear that Baldoni may still have a fighting chance since “the court has allowed [his legal team] to amend their pleadings on defamation-related claims.”
Lively sued Baldoni in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages, four months after “It Ends With Us” premiered.

He also sued the New York Times.
When both of these suits were dismissed earlier this week, the publication celebrated the end of the actor’s “meritless attempt to stifle [their] honest reporting” in a statement.
