Taylor Swift was in Knoxville for the wedding of Travis Kelce’s cousin

It’s a love story, and Taylor Swift said yes to the invite, accompanying Travis Kelce on June 6 to his cousin’s rustic, remote barn wedding in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Kansas City Star reports the groom, Tanner Corum, is a cousin of the Kansas City Chiefs star. Corum tied the knot with Samantha Peck at RiverView Family Farm, according to their wedding website.

Photos of the celebrity couple at the wedding have populated on social media pages dedicated to the singer and the Kansas City football team. TikTok footage from the wedding showed Swift in a strapless blue floral dress, which Page Six identified as a Markarian‘s product priced at $1,995.

Corum and Peck were sophomores at Farragut High School in 2016, according to their “our story” section on theknot.com. They didn’t stay in touch much after graduation but reconnected at Half Barrel when Corum transferred schools and returned to East Tennessee.

That chance encounter on the Strip set off a love story that continued long distance between Knoxville and Johnson City, where Corum played wide receiver for the East Tennessee State University football team after transferring from Southern Illinois for his junior season.

Prior to college, Corum was a team captain and two-star prospect at Farragut, where he recorded 32 catches for 664 yards and five touchdowns as a senior, averaging more than 20 yards per catch. He won a state championship with the Admirals in 2016, according to his ETSU roster bio.

While more photos than videos of the wedding have appeared online, one viral clip shows Swift and Kelce playfully swaying while seated at their table during what appears to be the newlywed’s first dance.

Unlike many barn wedding venues, RiverView still operates as a farm, producing black angus cattle. Beef, ice cream, Sweetwater Valley cheese, Benton’s bacon, local honey, salsa and jams are all sold at the RiverView Farm Market on site, according to the venue’s website. The venue also hosts live music on Friday nights during the summer.

With the wedding’s afterparty scheduled for the Radius Rooftop Lounge at the Embassy Suites on Gay Street, were there any Swift sightings around the Scruffy City?
