A Los Angeles home owned by Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and her former partner, hockey player P. K. Subban, is for sale.

The four-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Beverly Hills came on the market on Tuesday for $7.175 million according to listing records.

It was purchased by the athletes in April for $6.75 million, according to public records.

Ms. Vonn, 36, is a former World Cup and Olympic downhill skier. She retired in 2019. Mr. Subban, 31, is a defenseman for the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League. The couple announced their breakup in late December, after three years together. Neither immediately returned requests for comment.

The 5,564-square-foot villa takes cues from classic Italian architecture, with square columns flanking the entrance and round columns located throughout the interiors, according to listing photos. Other features include wide-plank wood flooring, tall ceilings with skylights and oversized windows framing canyon views.

On the main level, there’s an open floor plan that features a fireplace, a formal dining area and direct access to the private backyard. The kitchen boasts islands, dual ovens and refrigerators and glass-encased storage, listing photos show.

The primary bedroom suite offers two walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, a sitting area and fireplace, office space and access to the outdoors.

Outside, guests and residents will find a pool, a spa, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen surrounded by mature plantings, including palm trees. There’s also a three-car garage with an on-site Tesla charger.

“The outdoor area is amazing,” said listing agent Bob Hurwitz, founder and CEO of the Hurwitz James Co. “It’s almost like a resort back there.”

A guest house is currently under construction on the property, which will add a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen to the property, according to the agent.

The furniture and art collection, much of which was custom made for the house, is also available for purchase, Mr. Hurwitz added.
