Hailey Bieber goes on night out with Kylie Jenner as Justin is nowhere to be seen

Hailey Bieber kept herself busy before the Met Gala with Kylie Jenner and friends. Kylie posted a carousel of pictures of her ‘life,’ showing a smiley and happy Hailey in Miami

Hailey Bieber enjoyed a girls’ night out with some of her best friends, but her husband wasn’t around.

The Rhode founder attended the Met Gala on Monday, May 5, wearing a black Yves Saint Laurent blazer minidress and styled her brown hair in loose waves. Hailey attended the biggest night in fashion with her best friend Kendall Jenner, as Justin Bieber instead watched a hockey game.

Before the Met Gala, Hailey hosted a Rhode event in Miami with Kylie Jenner, Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and others present. Kylie posted a carousel of pictures of the past couple of days on Instagram with one picture showing a happy and smiling Hailey. She captioned the post, “i <3 my life.”

Hailey could be seen wearing a metallic mini dress with her hair in loose waves, while Kylie wore a red body con mini dress that showed off her curves.

Kylie’s recap comes after both her and Hailey attended the Met Gala without their significant others. The last time Hailey attended the Met Gala with Justin Bieber was in 2021 when they made their joint Met Gala debut.

Rumors from that night surfaced that Hailey was crying on the red carpet when she attended with Justin after people were chanting Justin’s ex girlfriend’s name, Selena Gomez, at her.

She set the record straight on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast. Hailey said, “Yes, I could hear everyone screaming. I think there’s a certain part of you that has a numbness of just like… I was really surprised.”

The Rhode founder admitted to later on watching a video and noticed that people had been screaming out Selena’s name. Reports tried to say that Justin turned to comfort her and told her to stop crying but “that was not true.”

She said, “The whole thing of everybody being like, ‘Oh he’s trying to tell her not to cry.’ That was not true. It wasn’t making me cry.”

Hailey admitted that the bullying was a “very disrespectful thing to do towards anybody.” She went on to say, “I felt like I had something in my eye. See, that’s what goes to show you how out of context things can be seen.”

His Met Gala absence raised eyebrows, but Justin did not hide the fact that he missed out on the big night. He posted a carousel of pictures of his Monday night showing him watching the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers playoff game. Pictures showed Justin watching the game on a big screen, as he smiled at the screen and cheered on his team. He was wearing a pink zip-up jacket under a red jacket and sweat pants.
