Strahan found the pick amusing
The pair shared their thoughts on all things football with presenter Robin Roberts and ex-NFL star and co-host Strahan, who used to work with Aikman on NFL on Fox.

To finish the segment Aikman and Buck were asked for their Super Bowl LX predictions, with the latter going for the Buffalo Bills.

Aikman, 58, instead took an opportunity to have some fun, tipping the Dallas Cowboys to take the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

He then began applauding before shouting: “Yeah! Yeah! Come on Stra.”

Strahan, who played for the New York Giants between 1997 and 2007, laughed in response.

He replied: “You know better than that! Come on Troy.”

Fans found the interaction and Aikman’s cheeky prediction hilarious.

One reacted saying: “He was definitely being facetious but I love it ”

Another added: “You can see the smirk on Troy’s face before he said it. It’s a complete joke ”

A third wrote: “Clearly he was joking ”

Aikman played for the Cowboys between 1989 and 2000 and won the Super Bowl three times.

Aikman was named to the Pro Bowl six times and was inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006.

Since retiring he became joint owner of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series racing team, Hall of Fame Racing, with former Cowboys quarterback Roger Staubach.

Aikman was formerly a part-time owner of the San Diego Padres in Major League Baseball.

He is estimated to have a net worth of $60million.
