Big win at Miami Open 2025, Djokovic makes history in world tennis
Novak Djokovic continues to break difficult-to-break world tennis records at the age of 37.
Early this morning, March 24, Vietnam time, former world No. 1 Novak Djokovic officially entered the round of 16 of the ATP 1000 Miami Open 2025 after a 6-1; 7-6 victory over wildcard Camilo Ugo Carabelli. This victory helped Djokovic make history in world tennis with an extremely memorable milestone.
Accordingly, Djokovic became the tennis player with the most wins in the ATP 1000 tournament system with his 411th win, surpassing the 410-win milestone of his great rival Rafael Nadal.
“I feel honored to set another milestone, to continue breaking records. There are always milestones appearing every time I go on court and that is the motivation for me to play my best in tournaments.” , Djokovic shared after the victory over Carabelli.

Djokovic has many opportunities to extend this “unprecedented” achievement, at least at this year’s Miami Open.
