Pagani Utopia Roadster – $3.3 million convertible masterpiece
The convertible version of the Utopia has two types of roof opening and closing, a carbon fiber frame and is limited to 130 units worldwide.

The Utopia was launched in September 2022 to replace the famous Huayra model. During the development of the Utopia, the convertible version was developed in parallel but the company officially announced it after nearly two years.

The Utopia Roadster has a removable hardtop and a separate stand. The car’s hardtop is made of ultra-light carbon, combined with a glass part that allows light to flood into the cabin. However, to deal with the case where customers remove the roof but get caught in the rain, the company equips an additional softtop made of waterproof material placed in a suitcase between the two seats. Both types of roofs open and close manually.

Pagani Utopia Roadster is the convertible version of the Utopia.

The special feature when adding a roof, the weight of the car remains at 1,280 kg, different from the convertible versions of other supercars. The Italian car company said that thanks to the structure of Carbon Titanium HP62 G2 and Carbo-Triax HP62, which is a combination of composite materials and high-strength metals invented by Pagani, the weight of the car is optimized.

Other changes include specially textured floor mats, inspired by outboard motor boats, and a key that simulates the shape of the car to help customers not take the wrong key.

The first one has a Habanero red carbon fiber exterior, inspired by the Dubai red of the Zonda. All other details are similar to the coupe. 7-spoke wheels, 21 inches in front and 22 inches in the rear, with high-performance Pirelli P Zero Corsa Cyber ​​tires.

In addition, Pagani allows customers to personalize many details, such as a luggage bag designed specifically with a carbon-fiber leather shell, hinges, personalized straps, and a racing suit bag stored behind the headrests, which is also provided by the company, making no two Utopia Roadsters identical.

The Utopia Roadster still uses a 6-liter V12 twin-turbo engine produced by AMG, with a capacity of 852 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque, rear-wheel drive. Customers can choose a 7-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed Xtrac automatic manual transmission.

The car costs 3.3 million USD, limited to 130 units worldwide. However, customers can pay more for a carbon finish, or a sports package with 20% lighter carbon-titanium seats, along with paddle shifters, gear lever and floor mats of the same material. The sports package also adds a titanium exhaust and Pirelli P Zero Trofeo RS tires. The car will be officially launched to customers at Monterey Auto Week, USA, in mid-August.
