Kevin Costner Is ‘Not Seriously Involved With Anyone’ Despite Jennifer Lopez Romance Rumors

Hollywood star Kevin Costner has been linked to several women since his divorce from Christine Baumgartner.

Newly divorced singer Jennifer Lopez is the latest famous woman to be linked to the actor after they were spotted together in Aspen during the holidays.

However, a source close to Kevin Costner has revealed that the actor, who recently turned 70, is enjoying life with family and not pursuing serious romantic relationships.

As he marks his 70th birthday, Costner has taken a laid-back approach to life. The father of seven is said to be “in a good place” and “having fun with his family and friends” nearly a year after his divorce from Baumgartner.

Sources close to Costner shared with People Magazine that he “is not seriously involved with anyone and not necessarily looking for anything more than that right now.”

Though romantically linked to a few high-profile women since his split from Baumgartner, including Jewel, Sharon Stone, and Jennifer Lopez, Costner is reportedly not pursuing anything serious at the moment.

“Kevin is cool, real, and in some ways old-school in his thinking. He has a lot of interests and loves being busy when he is in that mode,” the insider added.

The Oscar winner is the father of seven children: Annie, 40; Lily, 38; Joe, 36; Liam, 29; Cayden, 17; Hayes, 16; and Grace, 14.

During an appearance on Howard Stern’s show last June, Costner addressed rumors of a romance with singer Jewel, firmly denying them.

The “Yellowstone” actor emphasized the importance of their friendship, saying, “She’s special, and I don’t want — I don’t want these rumors to ruin our friendship because that’s what we have. She’s special to me. She’s beautiful enough to go out with.”

Costner noted that he and Jewel, along with Emma Watson and other guests, attended a charity event in the British Virgin Islands in November 2023.

A source told InTouch that “sparks were flying” between the two at the Governors Awards in November, where they reportedly exchanged numbers.

Another source told the Daily Mail that the Hollywood stars had a “flirty” encounter at the event.

Then, in late December, Costner was spotted enjoying drinks with Lopez at Kemo Sabe in Aspen, Colorado.
