Jennifer Aniston Has 3 Adorable Dogs—But That’s Just the Beginning of Her Animal Obsession

Jennifer Aniston won the internet on Oct. 11 when she shared a photo of her newest rescue dog. Lord Chesterfield recently joined Aniston’s growing family of canine rescues, and fans could not be happier for her. Aniston isn’t exactly a new dog mom, though. The former Friends star has several dogs and has been outspoken about adopting pets. So, just how many dogs does Aniston currently have?

Jennifer Aniston made her love for animals known while she was still starring on Friends

Aniston made her love of animals known early on in her career. Her dog, Norman, was talked about regularly and even showed up on talk shows with his mom. Norman was also a favorite of paparazzi during his life with Aniston. He was often pictured running on the beach with his famous mom.

Norman, a Welsh Corgi mix, died in May 2011 at the age of 15. Just a few months before Norman was laid to rest, Aniston discussed her love of animals with Allure. Speaking about her love of dogs, she told the publication. “They’re excited the minute you come home, and they show the same amount of excitement every day. They’re loyal, and they’re always, always faithful.”Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux reconnected after their divorce to say goodbye to their four-legged friend

Aside from the loss of Norman in 2011, Aniston had to say goodbye to another furry family member in 2019. She and her ex-husband, Justin Theroux, reconnected in July 2019 to say goodbye to the dog they shared during their marriage. The couple’s white German Shepard, Dolly, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family.

Aniston rescued the dog sometime around 2011, although her actual age was not known. Named after Dolly Parton, the canine Dolly was often pictured on Theroux’s Instagram feed.

Dolly’s loss was felt deeply by both Aniston and Theroux, but she wasn’t the only dog in the house. Lord Chesterfield still has some seriously good company inside Aniston’s expansive home. He joins two other rescue pups.

Lord Chesterfield’s new siblings include a schnauzer mix named Clyde and a Pitbull mix named Sophie. Sophie joined the family in 2012. Aniston and her then-partner, Theroux, adopted the dog together.

Jennifer Aniston says she used to live with a ghost

Jennifer Aniston says she her house was haunted when she first moved to Los Angeles.

Before Jennifer Aniston lived in an apartment above Central Perk with her gal pals, the actress says she lived in a real haunted house.

“This dishwasher would start to go, or the coffee-maker would start to go, or the stereo would just turn on at full volume,” she told James Corden. “And it was terrifying.”Video Jennifer Aniston Had a Ghost That Hated Her Roommate

Aniston was on “The Late Show With James Corden” to promote her new Netflix movie “Dumplin’ ” that features music from Dolly Parton.

The actress says the haunting happened when she first moved to Los Angeles early in her career and she even went so far as to hire a ghost whisperer.

Jennifer Aniston Once Lived With a Ghost, Apparently

“They had frankincense and they put it in a little dish,” she said. “And started saying all these things and the corner that she went to the dish cracked. … (The ghost) hated my roommate. … No (I didn’t tell the roommate), I moved out. I feel terrible, but I couldn’t say it doesn’t like you. I mean that would be terrible.”

As for the roommate, Aniston isn’t too sure what happened to her because “she’s fine … I don’t know, I got out of there too quick.”

“Dumplin’ ” is streaming now on Netflix.

Jennifer Aniston has once again captured the world’s attention — but this time, it’s not for movie role or red carpet appearance. The beloved Friends star was photographed this weekend wearing what appears to be dazzling engagement ringsparking widespread speculation — and total disbelief once the identity of the man behind the ring was revealed.

The surprising moment occurred on Saturday afternoon, when Aniston, 55, was seen leaving private lunch in Malibu with friends. Dressed casually in cream blouse, wide-leg trousers, and sunglasses, the actress looked relaxed — but it was the sparkling diamond ring on her left hand that caught everyone’s eye.

She wasn’t trying to hide it,” said one onlooker. “She was smiling, talking, gesturing with her hands — and that ring was impossible to miss.”

Social media exploded within hours as fans dissected the photos, with “Jennifer Aniston Engaged” quickly trending on X (formerly Twitter). Most assumed she might have quietly rekindled relationship with an ex — perhaps Justin Theroux, or even, as the internet loves to fantasize, Brad Pitt.

But when sources close to the actress confirmed who the ring came from, fans were left completely stunned.

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly engaged to British musician and former One Direction star Harry Styles.

Yes — that Harry Styles.

The news was confirmed by an unnamed insider who spoke to multiple entertainment outlets late Saturday evening. “They’ve been quietly seeing each other for over year,” the source said. “It started as friendship — they connected over wellness, art, and shared sense of humor. One thing led to another, and here they are.”

The 30-year-old singer and 55-year-old actress were first publicly seen together at charity gala in Beverly Hills last year, but few suspected anything romantic at the time. Styles, known for his eclectic fashion and genre-defying music, reportedly met Aniston through mutual friends in the wellness space.

They bonded during retreat in Big Sur,” the insider added. “What surprised everyone was how natural their connection was. No games, no spotlight — just lot of laughter and deep emotional bond.”

Aniston has not publicly confirmed the engagement, but paparazzi photos taken over the weekend show her and Styles leaving private residence in Los Angeles together, holding hands and both wearing rings — Harry with silver band on his middle finger, Jennifer with diamond solitaire on her left.

Fans are divided — shocked, excited, and curious.

While the couple’s 25-year age difference has sparked debate online, many fans and celebrities alike are applauding their unexpected union.

They’re both adults, both successful, and clearly happy,” one fan posted. “Who are we to question love?”

Even former co-star Courteney Cox reportedly gave the romance her blessing. According to source close to the actress, “Court loves Harry and thinks he brings out playful, lighthearted side of Jen that’s been missing for while.”

Aniston’s dating life has long been subject of media obsession, often overshadowing her impressive career. The actress has been married twice — first to Brad Pitt in 2000 and later to Justin Theroux in 2015. Both marriages ended in divorce.

She’s been through lot,” said the source. “This time, she’s not rushing into anything public. She wants to enjoy the moment on her own terms.”

As of now, no wedding date has been announced, and neither Aniston nor Styles has commented publicly on the engagement. But if the ring — and the smiles — are any indication, this Hollywood twist could be the love story no one saw coming.

For fans who’ve followed Aniston through decades of triumphs, heartbreak, and resilience, this news offers hopeful reminder: love can still surprise you — even in Malibu, on sunny Saturday afternoon.
