KANYE West and wife Bianca Censori’s $35 million Beverly Hills estate is now littered with trash bags and other debris amid rumors the couple is headed for divorce.

In new photos of Kanye and Bianca’s mansion property obtained by The U.S. Sun, black bags and broken wood are tossed haphazardly in a pile on a concrete patio.

The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that the couple had finally moved into the home after returning to the U.S. from Tokyo, where they lived for several months.

“He’s back in town. He’s driving around in twin chrome Mercedes Maybachs, stopping traffic, getting his name out there, and he’s now in the new house,” the source said earlier this year.

Kanye, 47, and Bianca, 30, shocked the world when she went nearly naked on the Grammys red carpet on February 2.

Just weeks later, the ever-present couple seems to have disappeared from the LA scene and perhaps their brand-new home.

As Kanye spewed hateful, antisemitic rants on X and Instagram upon their return to the U.S., news broke that the couple had split on February 13.

“Bianca has always stood by him, but things have not been good after his rants,” a source told The U.S. Sun.

“They have been very up and down from the beginning.

“Bianca has put up with a lot but the Hitler and Nazi rants are often too much for her.”

The pair were no-shows to a Tyler, The Creator concert on Valentine’s Day, though they had originally planned to attend.

An expert said Bianca will get millions if the pair file divorce papers, much more than the $5 million reported by a news outlet.

“I would advise Bianca to ask for a lot more than the $5 million that was previously reported,” he told The U.S. Sun.

“California is a community property state and without a prenup, she is entitled to half of Kanye’s earnings during the past two years, minus any community obligations.

“Kanye made a lot more than $10 million during this time.”

The couple once lived in a $10k-a-month apartment in West Hollywood, but they vacated the property in November.

Kanye also owns a $2 million ranch in Calabasas, but the property is unlivable, with the roof caving in.

And he sold his Malibu beach mansion at a staggering $36 million loss in September.

It is unclear if Kanye will move back to Tokyo after the rumored breakup.
