The Los Angeles Lakers are going through a challenging phase, and owner Jeanie Buss is going through a harder one.

Whatever she says, it immediately fires back at her. While she was already under fire for promoting her book amid LA’s roster struggle, her latest reveal has only aggravated it.

Jeanie Buss and her relationship with husband Jay Mohr have been in the news for long. The duo has been married for some time now and the internet is keeping a close eye to their life. However, in a recent interview, Jeanie shared how the sleeping arrangement works for them.

After tying the knot in a sweet Malibu ceremony, they chose to live in a building with three separate units. Jeanie occupies the top floor, while Jay is on the first, with another couple sandwiched in between. This setup allows them to enjoy each other’s company while maintaining their own routines and preferences, according to her.

“Everybody is going to want to live exactly the same way. It does sound kind of amazing right now we live in a building that has three units. So I live on the top floor and Jay lives on the first floor and so there’s a couple that live in between us. So we live together we’re at the same address except I’m unit three and he’s unit one,” Jeanie Buss said when asked to “explain the living situation set up.”

She appreciates being able to take the elevator down to Jay in her slippers for a quick hangout, all while keeping their individual schedules intact. It’s a unique way to stay connected without the pressures that can come with sharing a single living space.

Internet Goes Into A Frenzy Over Jeanie Buss’ Sleeping Arrangement

While this might sound logical to her enjoying her personal space and a happy married life, internet fans think elsewise. The power couple seemed equally content with their choices but it’s hard to avoid the social media reaction over their personal settlement.

“Typical liberal values,” a fan commented.

“A happy marriage is what matters,” another comment read.

“Does this surprise you as an LA resident?” another fan commented.

“That’s not marriage, seek Jesus,” a fan blasted Buss.

“That’s super weird,” another comment read.

However, the Lakers’ one issue is solved with Luka Doncic’s signing: the team needs a big-man center. While the owner’s personal matters might deviate from the real situation, fans know what’s going on.
