One among them is Luka Doncic, and the other one is of course, LeBron James. Yet again combining together to give the Lakers yet another victory, the Clippers went down 102-106. However, while James dropped 28 points, three assists, and 13 rebounds, there was something that the NBA legend was unhappy about.

As the game went into the fourth quarter, LeBron James went forward to receive an inbound pass. However, before he could gather the ball properly, he was fouled by Kawhi Leonard. Surprisingly, the foul was soon overturned by the referee after a review from the Clippers. According to the officials’ statement, the foul was marginal.

This did not make the Lakers’ star happy at all. Posting a picture of the foul, James wrote, “Marginal huh!?!?” 

Well, in the picture he shared, James seems to have taken a significant hit on the face. This was not the only instance in which LeBron James felt agitated in recent times.

LeBron James has been the face of the NBA for the last 20 years. Now that he is on the verge of retirement, it is time for a new face to emerge. Surprisingly, Anthony Edwards has openly declined from taking up the duty, making it a concern for the upcoming star quotient of the league. Opining on the same, LeBron James pointed fingers at the media for their harsh treatment of the NBA athletes.

“Channing Frye said it the other day, too. It’s unfortunate, but why do you want to be the face of the league when all the people that cover our game and talk about our game on a day-to-day basis s*** on everybody? To have that responsibility is weird. It’s weird energy. I don’t know, Channing said it perfectly,” said James.


Thus, LeBron James’s speaking out on these topics surely holds a lot of weight. Now, it remains to be seen how things pan out in the future.
