According to People magazine, the 33-year-old basketball player was just spotted getting cosy with 56-year-old former model Nicole Murphy – also known as the ex-wife of comedian Eddie Murphy.

As seen in photos shared by The Shade Room, the pair were seen hanging out together at DJ Khaled’s second annual We the Best Foundation x Jordan Golf Classic in Miami last Friday. They reportedly continued their rendezvous by heading to the club E11even Miami, where they were seen hugging and getting close to one another.

The news comes eight months after Murphy announced that her partner of one year, actor Warren Braithwaite, had died. Meanwhile, Jordan was previously in an on-off relationship with 50-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen.

According to Hollywood Life, Nicole was working as a model when she met the Shrek actor. They reportedly began dating in 1988 after meeting at the NAACP Image Awards, and got married in 1993. They called it quits in 2006.

After ending things with Eddie, Nicole was spotted on holiday in May 2007 with NBA legend Michael Jordan (yup, Marcus’ dad …), according to Nicki Swift. It’s unclear if they were dating or just friends. Nicole then got engaged to former NFL player Michael Strahan. “When I got divorced, I said never again,” she told People in 2008. “[But] Michael and I talk about everything, and we both love to travel, explore and laugh.” However, things ultimately came to an end and they broke things off after a five-year engagement.

Years later in 2019, Nicole raised eyebrows when she was caught kissing married Hollywood director Antoine Fuqua. The photos went viral and caused an uproar. “It was a frozen in time thing. Trust me, I wish it didn’t happen,” she later told host Wendy Williams. “It was a moment where I should’ve thought more through the situation. Made better judgments. It’s something I apologised for.”
