Amid ongoing It Ends With Us drama, it has been claimed that Jenny Slate ‘filed an HR complaint’ while working on the film with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
On Friday The Hollywood Reporter alleged that 42-year-old Slate filed the grievance after an allegedly ‘uncomfortable’ interaction with Jamey Heath, Wayfarer Studios President.
The actress is one of multiple women who her co-star Blake, 37, said felt uncomfortable on the movie set in her recently amended lawsuit against Justin, 41.
Per the publication, Slate filed a complaint to Sony following an exchange with Heath over the New York City apartment she rented during filming.
The mother-of-one, who shares four-year-old daughter Ida with husband Ben Shattuck, reportedly told Heath she wasn’t happy with the space, but moving wasn’t possible due to the $15,000 security deposit she paid.
DailyMail.com has reached out to both parties’ representatives for comment.

On Friday The Hollywood Reporter revealed that 42-year-old Slate filed the grievance after an allegedly ‘uncomfortable’ interaction with Jamey Heath (R), Wayfarer Studios President; pictured with Baldoni on August 6
Slate’s complaint was mentioned in prior court documents but her name was redacted, THR noted.
Heath allegedly used language that made Slate uncomfortable when he responded to her housing concerns, telling her that Wayfarer would reimburse her expenses.
Sources in contact with the outlet said the producer fixated on her role as a mom and the ‘sanctity of motherhood.’
Blake amended her lawsuit against Justin on Tuesday.
The latest claims state that two more It Ends With Us actresses are prepared to come forward with evidence in support of her allegations, which include sexual harassment and retaliation.
Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman responded to the legal filing, calling it ‘underwhelming.’
The lawyer said the suit is ‘filled with unsubstantial hearsay of unnamed persons who are clearly no longer willing to come forward or publicly support her claims.’
He added that his clients — Baldoni, his publicists, and Wayfarer Studios — ‘have been transparent in providing receipts, real time documents and video showing a completely different story than what has been manipulated and cherry picked to the media.

Last December, Lively outlined missed work opportunities in her explosive lawsuit against her costar and director
Back in December, Lively outlined missed work opportunities in her explosive lawsuit against her costar and director.
She alleged in legal paperwork that Baldoni sexually harassed her throughout the making of the movie and engineered a smear campaign against her.
One of the missed work gigs listed was hosting the season 50 premiere of Saturday Night Live in September, which came the month after the feature was released.
‘The effects on Ms. Lively’s professional life were immediate and substantial,’ said the suit.
‘Given the ongoing nature of the campaign and the associated negative public sentiment, Ms. Lively did not believe she could proceed with public appearances or events without being forced to openly discuss what happened on set,’ the filing stated.
Blake and husband Ryan Reynolds made a surprise appearance at SNL’s 50th Anniversary Special on Sunday, where Reynolds shockingly made a cheeky reference to the ongoing lawsuit in a brief joke.
Blake and Ryan are set to face off in court in March 2026.
