Greg Gutfeld Puts Manhattan Apartment Up for Rent for $24,000 a Month

Late-night TV host and comedian Greg Gutfeld is renting out his seriously nice New York City loft for $24,000 a month.

The Fox News personality, co-host of the network’s political talk show “The Five” and host of “Gutfeld!” on late-night TV, purchased the property in 2015 for $5,025,000, property records show.

But now, the 60-year-old is moving on from the space and offering it up to a tenant with deep pockets.

Oh, and the monthly price goes up if you want it furnished, to $25,000.

Let’s take a look inside.

Built in 2009, the “meticulously renovated” loft features three bedrooms, three baths, and a spacious private terrace. A private elevator opens directly to the entrance of the 2,200-square-foot home.

Luxe amenities include an oversized living room with enormous windows, 13-foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, and custom cabinetry.

The open floor plan includes space for a large dining table, and the custom kitchen comes with a waterfall island and bar seating.

A split layout allows for distinction between common spaces and the bedrooms. The upper-level primary bedroom comes with a mezzanine area for an office nook or library. A lower level features two more bedrooms.

The condo is located in a boutique building with a classic cast-iron facade. Residents are provided with a 24/7 lobby attendant. The lease is for 12 months, pending board approval, the listing notes.

Gutfeld is not without a Manhattan home. In July, the pundit looks to have picked up another SoHo loft nearby, paying $10.5 million.

Located in a 1900s-era, six-story building, the condo offers 3,560 square feet of living space. It previously changed hands in 2021 for $8,550,000.

Lakefront living

When Gutfeld and his wife, Elena Moussa, want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, they head to their lake house in upstate. The couple purchased the retreat in 2018 in the idyllic setting of South Salem, NY. Occasionally, the popular host will share an image of the contemporary home built of wood and glass on social media.

Tribeca perch

Previously, the former magazine editor had lived in a Tribeca apartment that he had scored in 2013 for $1.7 million. The 12th-floor, 1,200-square-foot space features two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. He sold the pad in 2015 for just under $2 million, The Real Deal reported at the time.

Recently, Donald Trump‘s appearance on “Gutfeld!” led to a ratings bonanza of nearly 5 million viewers, reportedly the program’s best week with viewers since its launch in 2021.
