Jennifer Garner gets ‘ultimatum’ from lover John Miller after THAT Ben Affleck hug

Jennifer Garner‘s boyfriend John Miller has issued her with an ‘ultimatum’ after photos recently emerged of her and ex-husband Ben Affleck looking more than flirty.

Despite always remaining ‘supportive of Ben and Jen’s co-parenting relationship’ since he began dating the actress, 52, in 2018, the 47-year-old businessman, who works as the CEO of CaliBurger, feels the Gone Girl star ‘crossed the line.’

‘John knows there’s nothing going on between Jen and Ben, but he doesn’t think those photos are a good look and feels it’s disrespectful to their relationship,’ an insider said about the photos of Affleck affectionately grabbing Garner by the waist.

After the former couple sparked reconciliation rumors at their son Samuel’s paintball birthday party last week, a source told Page Six that Miller ‘gave Jen an ultimatum — he doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he has no choice but to walk away.’

The outlet previously reported Miller wasn’t ‘thrilled’ the exes were spending more time together following his split from Jennifer Lopez last year.

With Affleck leaning on his girlfriend ‘more than ever lately’ and joining them during the holidays, an insider revealed that ‘John feels like a third wheel.’

Garner and Miller quietly began dating after she finalized her divorce from Affleck, with whom she shares her three children, Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 13.

The pair, who briefly split in 2020, have managed to keep their relationship largely out of the spotlight, apart from a small handful of outings in Los Angeles over the years.

Affleck and Garner tied the knot in 2005 and announced they were separating in 2015. They finalized their divorce three years later.

After photos of Affleck tenderly embracing his ex-wife sent the internet into a frenzy, a source told DailyMail.com that Miller was a bit bothered seeing them ‘being touchy-feely.’

‘It would get to anyone, but this is nothing new,’ the insider said. ‘Ben and Jen have a unique relationship, especially for exes.’

‘She loves Ben but is worried that he will crush her all over again,’ a source told DailyMail.com.

‘She doesn’t want to heal another broken heart because it is just too much drama, plus she does not want their kids to see round two of their mom in a bad place with their dad.

‘So much could go wrong if they reunite.’

Last month, insiders shared that Miller struggles with her relationship with Ben, and avoids talking about the actor where possible.

Garner had adopted the role of ‘marriage counsellor’ to her ex-husband and Lopez in the wake of their shock split last year, with some friends fearing she had been forced to ‘play mediator.’

The role did not sit well with Miller, who understands they have children, but reportedly doesn’t like sharing her.

‘John is trying to deal with Ben and Jen’s relationship by mostly staying quiet, but it’s very hard to do that,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘He knows that Ben has to be around as a father and he is more than OK with that, but he wants to be the man in the relationship.’

‘John only talks about Ben when Jen talks about Ben or when their kids talk about him. He doesn’t bring him up unprompted.’

‘John respects Ben, but less is more because John wants Jen for himself,’ the insider continued. ‘He still needs to figure out how to compartmentalize it all.’

Jennifer Garner spotted chatting with boyfriend John Miller

Meanwhile Lopez is said to be ‘furious’ over cozy photos of Affleck and Garner, according to Page Six. An insider added that speculation about them rekindling their romance is ‘completely messing with her head.’

Lopez is reportedly ‘not happy with constantly seeing photos’ of the duo, a source told the publication.

The photos have been like ‘salt in the wound’ to the Love Don’t Cost a Thing hitmaker.

Lopez and Affleck settled their divorce on January 6, however, court documents confirmed the marriage wasn’t legally dissolved until February 21.

The exes rekindled their romance in 2021 and got married in 2022, but called it quits in 2024.

Jennifer filed for divorce on August 20 – the date of their second wedding anniversary – and cited ‘irreconcilable differences.’
