Timothée Chalamet is passing on knowledge to future actors.

On Wednesday, April 23, the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in New York City, New York shared a collage of photos on Instagram showing students meeting with Chalamet, 29 as he visited his former high school.

“When you have a guest speaker for your Career Management class……. and Timothee Chalamet walks in the room…. you know it’s going to be a great day!” the school wrote in a post.

The school added that some of the actor’s former teachers were present for his visit, writing “Thank you @tchalamet for visiting LaG today and providing important advice for our aspiring actors. Thank you to Harry Shifman, Sandy Faison and Kim Bruno, Timothee’s former teachers and principal for joining us!”

Photos shared on Instagram of Chalamet’s visit show him posing for photos with students and teachers, while also speaking with students.

Chalamet recently starred as Bob Dylan in the famed American singer’s biopic A Complete Unknown, for which the actor earned an Oscar nomination.

While preparing for the role, Chalamet ended up visiting the singer’s former school as well —  Hibbing High School in Hibbing, Minnesota. The drama department for the school shared a series of photos on Facebook showing students meeting with the Call Me By Your Name actor as he visited Dylan’s alma mater.

“HHS Drama accidentally blew up the internet: We spent about 45 minutes with Timothée Chalamet yesterday at the historic Hibbing Auditorium,” the school’s drama department shared in the post. “He was a total gem. In town researching all things Bob Dylan for an upcoming biopic, he asked his tour guide if he could meet with the drama students who were working on their competition one act.”

“He sat down with them one on one, and talked acting and theater,” the post added of Chalamet’s visit. “He was such a kind and easy going person, and our students were so grateful to have such a special experience.”
