Timothée Chalamet’s mom gave the actor’s relationship with Kylie Jenner a big thumbs up.

Nicole Flender revealed how she feels about her son’s girlfriend in a rare interview with Curbed published Monday.

“I have to say, she’s lovely,” Flender said of the Kylie Cosmetics founder. “She’s very nice to me.”

The New York City real estate agent also detailed the moment she found out that the “Dune” actor bought a $11 million Beverly Hills, Calif., home close to Jenner’s abode.

“Did he ask for my advice? No,” the Corcoran realtor laughed. “He said, ‘Guess what? I bought a house.’”

Flender’s daughter, Pauline Chalamet, also recently purchased a new home — all the way in Paris.

But the proud mom of two — who shares her kids with husband Marc Chalamet — said that she will remain in the Big Apple instead of moving close to her kids.

“Would you like your mom to be trailing you everywhere? I like being able to go visit them,” she said.

Flender joined Timothée, 29, and Jenner, 27, at the 2025 Oscars when the “Call Me By Your Name” star was nominated for best actor for his role in “A Complete Unknown.”

While Jenner was seated next to her beau throughout the awards show, she famously gave up her seat to Flender when the coveted category winner was being announced. She wanted Timmy to be able to sit next to his mom for the big moment.

“Timothée didn’t ask Kylie to switch seats with his mom but he thought it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture,” a source exclusively told Page Six at the time.

Unfortunately, Timothée lost the award to fellow nominee Adrien Brody for “The Brutalist.”

“Kylie is so proud of Timothée despite losing the best actor award to Adrien,” the source added.

Jenner accompanied Timothée to several of this season’s awards shows, though they have yet to make their official red carpet debut as a couple.

When Jenner had to skip the 2025 SAG Awards after her close friend and hairstylist Jesus Guerrero’s sudden death, Flender stepped in as Timothée’s plus-one.

The Sprinter founder and Timothée have been dating since 2023.
