Few men have come closer to handing the Ukrainian slickster the first blemish on his perfect 23-0 record than Chisora.

‘Del Boy’ pushed Usyk all the way to the final bell when they squared off five years ago in the pound-for-pound king’s second outing in boxing’s glamour division.
In the end, Usyk was given the nod via unanimous decision, although two of the three scorecards separated the pair by just two rounds.
Usyk has since gone on to admit that Chisora is the toughest opponent he has ever faced as a professional.
There are, therefore, very few people better placed to give Daniel Dubois advice on his upcoming undisputed clash with Usyk.
During an appearance on talkSPORT’s Hawksbee and Jacobs on Monday afternoon, Chisora was asked how ‘Triple D’ should go about beating Usyk on Saturday night.
And his response was telling.
“You must be more crazy than him,” said Chisora. “You have to want it more.

“It’s going to be difficult [to put Usyk on the back foot].
“Usyk is always using movement. So if you come forward and then sideways, and he is in the middle of the ring, he won’t go back to the ropes, he will go left, right and move sideways.”
IBF champion Dubois will get a second crack at Usyk after suffering a stoppage defeat at his hands in August 2023.
Usyk knocked out Dubois in the ninth round with a stiff jab in front of a capacity crowd at the Stadion Wroclaw in Poland.
However, the Brit dropped the Olympic gold medallist in the fifth stanza with a shot that divided the boxing fraternity.
Some claimed that the blow, which floored Usyk for a considerable stretch, was a legal body shot.

Meanwhile, others insisted it had strayed below the belt.
Ultimately, the referee determined it was an illegal punch, and so Usyk was given time to recover before he rebounded to close the show inside the distance.
