Harry Jowsey and Lucy Hale Are Dating! Source Reveals Their Relationship Is ‘Casual’ but Not ‘Brand New’ (Exclusive)

Harry Jowsey and Lucy Hale are an item!

PEOPLE can confirm that the Too Hot To Handle star, 27, and the Pretty Little Liars alum, 35, are officially dating.

A source tells PEOPLE their relationship is “super casual, but it’s not brand new.”

PEOPLE has reached out to reps for Jowsey and Hale for comment.

Jowsey was last linked to his Perfect Match costar, Jessica Vestal. The former couple had a tumultuous relationship on the series, with their castmates calling Jowsey out for being a “f— boy.” Vestal eventually found out that he secretly kissed their costar Melinda Melrose and lied about it.

After the show, Vestal and Jowsey reconciled and were together for about a month and a half before the latter made his debut on Dancing with the Stars. During a July 2024 appearance on The Viall Files, Vestal said she and Jowsey had “a lot of open conversations” about how to navigate him being on the celebrity dancing competition, a show where chemistry between pro dancers and celebrities tends to be a hot-button issue.

They talked about “him just keeping it respectful and the intimate piece of there needing to be chemistry between [him] and [his] partner [Rylee Arnold],” Vestal said, adding, “I was so fine with that. I’m such a huge fan of that show. Like, I could not have been more excited.”

However, Vestal said the “last straw” was when Jowsey vowed to “lighten the load” concerning how much he and Arnold teased their chemistry on social media.

“I was understanding of our relationship having to be a secret for a while, but it’s kind of excruciating watching the world think you’re in love with someone else,” she continued. “I was just like, I can’t do this anymore. I’m not doing this. And we broke up the next day and didn’t talk.”

Hale, on the other hand, has previously been linked to actor Skeet Ulrich, former Bachelor Colton Underwood, musician Anthony Kalabretta and country singer Joel Crouse.

In January 2023, the actress revealed she was no longer interested in settling in her relationships during an appearance on the Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson podcast.

“I think that you can find someone who you mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically connect with — like, a 10 out of 10 in each area,” she explained at the time. “I think that is possible. I think so many people settle. I’m not gonna f—in’ settle. I’ll die alone before I settle. It’s so dramatic, but that’s just how I feel.”

She continued, “I typically liked a little project to fix, like, your problems are worse than mine, so you’re gonna make me feel better about myself just because I’m helping, you know, ‘fix you.’ “
