Hoda Kotb decided to go au naturel for her latest social media post as she gave fans a glimpse into her life since she left the Today show on January 10.

The 60-year-old TV star has certainly been making the most of her free time and not having to set such an early alarm every day, even deciding to attend a spinning class over the weekend.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Hoda shared a selfie with fitness instructor Stacey Griffith and captioned the post: ‘Rode with @soulcycle @staceygnyc… one word — WOW!!! Xo.’

The mother-of-two was sporting a flushed complexion and a rather frizzy hairdo thanks to her intense workout, and appeared to be wearing only lip gloss as she flashed a huge smile for the camera.

Hoda was dressed in a black tank top and wore two gold chains around her neck, include one with a heart pendant.

Her 2.7 millions followers were quick to comment on the snap as one person told her: ‘Love to see your smiling face Hoda, miss you more than you know.’

A second wrote: ‘Love seeing you so natural, without all this makeup crap… still strong and beautiful!!!’

A third person joked: ‘Am I the only one celebrating that I’m not the only person coming out of spin class soaked!’

And a fourth Instagram user observed: ‘Wow, Hoda looks so different without the studio pampering.’

Someone else told her: ‘Hoda I love that you are willing to be so real in your photos, the real you, and don’t feel the need to make these overly done up posts all the time. Your willingness to be genuine is part of what makes you so likeable.’

And another person, who must have been at the same spinning class on Sunday, posted: ‘I thought that was you! How lucky are we that we got to ride with Hoda!!! Thank you for holding the door open for me!’

‘Love seeing you smile and enjoying life,’ another fan shared, while a different person told her: ‘Good job Hoda!!! Get it girl.’

The TV host’s epic workout comes just one week after she cozied up to Hollywood actor Kevin Costner at the 2025 Super Bowl.

Hoda sent fans into meltdown when she posted a photo of her with the Yellowstone star at the Caesars Superdome stadium in New Orleans.

Captioning the picture, which was uploaded alongside a carousel of other snaps from the big game, she wrote: ‘Oh what funnnnn!!! #superbowl #nolastrong.’

Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long before social media users speculated whether Kevin is Hoda’s new man.

Hoda’s former Today show colleague Savannah Guthrie, 53, cheekily helped provoke the romance rumors when she commented on the picture: ‘New couple alert.’

Former co-host Jenna Bush Hager, 43, added: ‘We have been waiting for this moment!’

The photo delighted many others too, with one gushing: ‘You and Kevin – now that’s a Super Bowl win!’

‘Ooh you look gooooood with Kevin! Just saying,’ observed another, and a third added: ‘I think Hoda Costner has a nice ring to it!’

Hoda is believed to be single after splitting from her fiancé Joel Schiffman in January 2022.
