The listing alerted fans of the show that the forthcoming auction presents a “rare chance to preserve an iconic piece of television nostalgia!”

Bidding will begin at $25,000 for the home in Wilmington, according to local television news station WECT. The winning bidder will be required to pay in cash, and in addition to the amount they bid, they will be expected to pay an additional 10% buyer’s premium, as explained in the online listing.

The listing also clarified that while the home itself is up for auction, the land it is on is not, meaning whoever places the top bid will need to move the home from its current location. “The winning bidder will be responsible for all costs and logistics associated with relocating the structure,” the listing said.
