The star has received some bad news after her divorce from Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez’s new film “Kiss of the Spider Woman” was well received at the Sundance Film Festival, and even received an honorary nomination.

“Jennifer is taking it very badly,” a source told RadarOnline.com, after her nomination for the worst in cinema in 2024, an award that was once taken home by Sandra Bullock and Halle Berry, both Oscar winners.

“At this point, she feels like she can’t catch a break. Last year was by far the hardest of her life,” the source added, who also said that the Let’s Get Loud singer feels especially humiliated by the Razzie nomination and the collapse of her marriage to Ben Affleck, so “her ego is shattered”.

Love is still an important part of JLo’s life

After finalizing her divorce from Affleck, JLo admitted that falling in love is still “important” to her.

While promoting “Kiss of the Spider Woman”, she reflected on the film’s love-centered narrative, revealing that despite her personal struggles, she is still deeply moved by its message.

Jennifer described the project as a lifelong dream.
