With millions flowing in annually, they have access to luxuries that only a select few can afford. Among the favorite splurges for the wealthy in recent years are high-end watches, and Tyrese Haliburton is no exception to this trend.

At just 24, Haliburton once blew his entire $200,000 paycheck on a rare timepiece that he had dreamed of owning for years.

Over the past two years, Haliburton has been upgrading his watch collection, revealing a clear appreciation for one prestigious jewelry maison in particular.

Tyrese Haliburton’s Luxury Watches

1. Rolex “Presidential” Day-Date In Yellow Gold

Haliburton’s first luxury watch was a fitting choice for someone of his status: the Rolex Day-Date. Known as the “President,” this iconic timepiece has long been favored by US presidents and influential leaders for its distinctive day-date window and signature bracelet featuring semicircular three-piece links.

The Pacers’ star owns a Rolex Day-Date 40 in 18k yellow gold with a champagne dial. It remains a staple in his rotation, often seen on his wrist during public events and game days

2. Cartier Crash New Bond Street In Yellow Gold

The Cartier Crash, with its asymmetrical case and distorted numbers, is a daring choice not easily pulled off. Haliburton’s pursuit of this rare luxury watch after securing his historic Pacers contract speaks to his bold style and appreciation for unique timepieces.

He managed to acquire a limited edition New Bond Street Cartier Crash, released in 2023 to celebrate the reopening of Cartier’s flagship boutique in London. This standout watch has since become a staple in his collection, often seen on his wrist at high-profile events, including the 2024 All-Star Game. Known for its exclusivity and high resale value, the Cartier Crash is typically priced between $150,000 and $250,000.

3. Cartier Pebble In Yellow Gold

Haliburton’s impressive collection also features the rare Cartier Pebble, a vintage gem known for its elegant 1970s design. Its round case with softly curved edges resembles a smooth pebble, giving the watch its distinctive name. Renowned for its timeless style, the Cartier Pebble is one of the brand’s most coveted vintage models, frequently fetching high prices at auctions.

He has been seen wearing his white-banded Pebble at some of the most exclusive events this year. The events include Michael Rubin’s July 4 All-White Party and during his trips to Paris for Olympic events, fitting these appearances around his commitments with Team USA’s basketball squad.

4. Cartier Tank Louis In Yellow Gold

Adding another Cartier to his collection, Haliburton is solidifying his reputation as a dedicated fan of the brand.

He has been seen wearing several Cartier Tank models, but his favorite is the Tank Cartier Louis in yellow gold with a light brown calfskin strap. He revealed to GQ that he impulsively bought the watch after his agent called to confirm his record-breaking nine-figure Pacers deal in 2023.

Though it costs over $10,000, Haliburton considers it the most affordable piece in his collection. According to Spotrac, the Indiana Pacers guide has an annual salary of $42.1 million. His substantial earnings highlight the financial freedom that comes with being an elite NBA player.
