When asked about her siblings, Vivian revealed that she has four siblings, but she was uncertain about the exact number of half-siblings, which reflects the complex family dynamics that have surrounded Elon Musk’s personal life.

However, she quickly added that the exact number of siblings she has isn’t something she wants to delve into, choosing to leave it at that. Regarding her father’s other children, it is publicly known that Elon Musk has had at least 14 children, with four different women over a 20-year span. His children include six from his marriage to Justine Wilson, who had a child that tragically passed away as an infant, four from his relationship with Siobhan Zillis, a top executive at Musk’s Neuralink company, and three from his relationship with the musician Grimes. Additionally, a 13th child, whose existence was announced by conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, has yet to be acknowledged by Musk, and a 14th child with Zillis was reported in late February 2025.

Vivian has expressed her concern over the increasing villainization of transgender care for minors, particularly the use of puberty blockers, which she sees as a vital tool in helping young transgender individuals feel comfortable in their own skin.
