Luka Doncic emerged as one of the NBA’s biggest superstars ever since he debuted in the league back in 2018.

In that time, the Slovenian-born baller has racked up an incredible list of accolades, including winning Rookie of the Year and being named an All-Star for five straight years between 2020 and 2024.

Just as impressive as his basketball accomplishments is how much he earned on the court from his lucrative contracts, an amount that still may surprise you.

Here is everything you need to know about Doncic’s net worth.

Luka Doncic’s net worth

As of 2025, Doncic has an estimated net worth of $75 million according to Celebrity Net Worth. A majority of his riches have come from the large contracts he’s received throughout his already prestigious NBA tenure.

Doncic began his professional basketball career playing for Real Madrid in the Liga AB, a top division in the Spanish basketball league system. After making a name for himself across Europe, he declared for the NBA draft in 2018, where he was selected third overall by the Atlanta Hawks, who would then trade him to the Dallas Mavericks.

After winning Rookie of the Year in the 2018-2019 season, Doncic continued his domination for the Mavericks, eventually leading the team to the playoffs in the 2019-2020 season and winning them a division title in the 2020-2021 season. In 2021, the Mavericks offered Doncic a five-year supermax rookie extension worth $201 million. At the time, it was considered the largest rookie extension in NBA history.

Doncic continued to play top-level ball for the Mavericks after signing his massive contract. He helped the team reach the Western Conference Finals in the 2021-2022 season and followed that up with a record-setting performance in the 2022-2023 season. In 2024, Doncic and the Mavericks won the Western Conference and played the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals.

One year after his first NBA finals appearance, Doncic would be involved in a massive three-player trade that landed the 6’6″ superstar in Los Angeles as the newest member of the Lakers, where he would play alongside multi-time MVP Lebron James. The deal was reportedly worth $229 million for five years.

Aside from his NBA earnings, Doncic rakes in a good amount of cheddar from his endorsement deals. He has major sponsorships with the Jordan Brand, Panini, NBA 2K, and BioSteel, which Forbes estimates to be worth $15 million.

One thing is for certain, Doncic’s elite play in the NBA — along with his massive earnings — will only continue to grow.
