Rihanna hikes up price of Hollywood Hills mansion to $7.8M

The 33-year-old Barbadian billionaire would rather offload the asset at a profit than milk it for rental income.

It’s bold to re-list a house that didn’t sell the first time — but putting it back up for sale at an even higher price? That’s Fenty bold.

“Love on the Brain” singer Rihanna Fenty listed her Hollywood Hills home for sale Monday, asking $7.8 million.

She’s been looking to offload the 7,130-square-foot pad since December 2018 when she first asked $7.495 million while simultaneously listing it as a $35,000-per-month rental.

But now it seems the 33-year-old Barbadian billionaire would rather offload the asset — for which she paid $6.8 million in 2017 — at a profit than milk it for rental income.

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home was built in 2015. It has high ceilings, arched doorways and steel-framed windows and a home theater, according to Realtor.com.

Inside, a family room has wood floors, a fireplace, a tray ceiling and lit arched inset shelving. It flows into a tiled chef’s kitchen with an L-shaped black marble island and bar and backlit ceiling beams.

This isn’t the only property Fenty has turned into a rental. Fenty asked $16,500 a month for her West Hollywood home in 2018 and is currently renting out a Beverly Hills pad she bought in March for $80,000 a month. She also bought the property next door to the Beverly Hills rental in April.

The “Desperado” singer also rents herself at times. She dropped $415,000 to rent a Hamptons mansion for a month at the beginning of the pandemic, and she once rented a $50,000-per-month penthouse in New York City).
