Brooke Mueller to star on reality show with Charlie Sheen’s ex Denise Richards one year after pal Matthew Perry’s death

BROOKE Mueller is set to star in Denise Richards’ reality show, marking her return to the spotlight a year after the passing of her friend, Matthew Perry.

The actress, who was married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006, remains on good terms with Charlie and Brooke – his third ex-wife.

And, with a March 4 premiere just around the corner, she has confirmed Brooke will make several appearances in the upcoming series.

Speaking to People, Denise revealed her open-door policy when it comes to family gatherings.

She told the magazine, “Charlie is always invited to holiday dinners.

“There’s always an open door and that goes for Brooke and the boys as well. I’m always, the more the merrier. I want everyone to get along and everyone to be peaceful.”

Denise shares two daughters with Charlie, while Brooke is the mother of his twin sons, Bob and Max, who are now 15.

In 2013, Denise temporarily took in the twins after Brooke lost custody due to struggles with substance abuse.

Reflecting on that time, she shared, “I’m grateful we were able to help them during that time.”

After years of public struggles, Brooke revealed last September she is nine months sober and fully focused on her recovery.

Speaking on the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn, she said: “It’s been hard. And a lot of people at my level of addiction don’t make it.

“In fact, most people don’t. I worked really hard. It has not been easy. I am sober. I do work a program. I do believe in the Twelve Steps.

“I have a fantastic sober community here in Malibu of some great women, and set meetings that I go to.

“And to answer your question, I have nine months sober. Well, next week will be nine months.”

Brooke’s return to reality TV comes just months after she was questioned by law enforcement regarding her past history with Friends star Matthew, who died in October 2023.

However, the actress was not among the five individuals charged in relation to his fatal drug overdose.

Matthew was found unresponsive in the hot tub of his Los Angeles home on October 29, 2023.

A medical examiner later determined that he had died from the “acute effects of ketamine”.

Ketamine, an anesthetic known for its sedative and pain-relieving properties, is sometimes used in medical settings to treat depression.

However, Matthew’s autopsy indicated that while he had been receiving ketamine infusion therapy, the levels in his system at the time of his death were not consistent with a recent medical dose.

According to a source, Brooke first met him two decades ago before her marriage to Charlie in 2008.

They later reconnected in rehab several years ago.

The insider said: “Brooke Mueller was questioned in this case because she was friends with Matthew Perry, but she never used ketamine.”

Brooke has not publicly commented on the matter.

Her representatives were contacted for comment at the time.
