Just days after her divorce from Jack Anthony was announced and quickly settled, Emily, 33, who celebrated her birthday on Monday, was seen out for lunch.

Stepping out for a birthday lunch with her rarely seen brother Haley Joel Osment, the former Hannah Montana star ditched her wedding ring and appeared slightly downcast as she walked on the sidewalk.

Emily was seen sans wedding ring after settling her quickie divorce from Jack after just five months of marriage.

The actress, who turned 33 on Monday, settled her divorce from Jack just four days after their split was unveiled.

Since Jack popped the question at Yosemite National Park in June 2023, Emily had been wearing the stunning two-stone engagement ring he bought her.

Filing papers with the court, Emily cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, with her not wearing her dazzling diamond and teal sapphire ring as she attended the The Laurel Pub, in Studio City, with her older sibling this week.

Emily showed off her slender figure in some leopard print shorts and a white tank top, complete with a baseball hat.

The Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage star’s brother Haley is a star in his own right.

He shot to fame after starring in M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘The Sixth Sense’ in 1999, earning an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

Emily’s divorce and settlement comes after she told USA TODAY: “I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision.

“Ultimately, it didn’t work out.”

Back in May 2024, Emily said that she could not “wait to be married”.

Speaking to People at the time, she added: “It’s so exciting, and we have to constantly remind ourselves, you’re only going to do this once.”

Due to the pair having a prenup, they were able to reach a divorce settlement in a matter of days.

Both Emily and her ex husband waived their right to seek spousal support.

She later added: “A lot of very small decisions that don’t seem to matter, but on the day, you’re going to be so happy that you sat down and went through the tough decision making.

“Because at the end of the day, you get to be married, and that’s the greatest thing ever.”

When she announced she was engaged back in 2023, Emily gushed: “I did not know life could be this sweet or I could ever be this deliriously happy.

“I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years.

“I am so honored to stand next to you every day. I love you, Jack.”

The couple got wed in October 2024, and had a prenup in place.
