Hoda Kotb has spoken frequently about her passion for health and wellness, and how she wants to focus on those topics as she enters the next phase of her career after leaving The Today Show in January. And it seems she’s getting the whole family involved.

The 60-year-old media personality took to Instagram on Monday, February 24 to share an adorable video of one of her daughters “working out” alongside her. (Kotb is mom to Haley, 8 and Hope, 5. People identified the girl in the video as Hope, although her face was not visible.) Kotb was riding her Peloton bike while her daughter played on a pretend bike and lifted miniature weights. Kotb could be heard saying, “I can tell you’re punching something dramatic!” while she and her daughter threw pantomimed punches with the weights.

Kotb has previously stated that one of her main reasons for departing Today was a desire to spend more time with her daughters. “I had my kiddos late in life, and I was thinking that they deserve a bigger piece of my time pie that I have,” she explained during her final day of hosting the show. “I feel like we only have a finite amount of time.” Kotb adopted her daughters with ex-fiancé Joel Schiffman.

“Feeling good! Lets get fit 💪🏼😍,” Kotb wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. Several of Kotb’s followers commented their support and enthusiasm for the sweet video. “So glad you are enjoying your girls. They grow up so fast 💝” wrote one user. Another fan wrote, “Family fitness time! So awesome. ♥️” Another was still feeling Kotb’s absence from Today, writing, “Making memories, but you are missed in the mornings!!”
