A new lawsuit adds to the accusations against Sean Combs for sexual assault

The case of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is facing federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and human trafficking, is ongoing, while the hip-hop mogul remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting a trial in May 2025.

On Monday, a lawsuit was formally filed in a New York court by a woman who accuses Sean Combs of drugging and raping her, after luring her into his car two decades ago when she was a teenager and a nanny in a Manhattan residential building.

The accusation in this case was for an alleged incident that allegedly occurred in 2000, when the rapper was in a relationship with Jennifer Lopez, who was not mentioned by name in the complaint, but in one part something like “a well-known woman” appears to have lived in the building.

Teen nanny’s lawsuit against Diddy Combs

The lawsuit was obtained by DailyMail.com and in it, the anonymous woman recounts that in August or September 2000 she encountered Diddy, who was sitting in a car with two other men and asked her where she was going so late, after much insistence, she agreed to the offer to take her home.

The complaint states that “During the ride, the plaintiff became frightened when she was not dropped off at her home as promised,” then, she relates that the defendant gave her a drink to “calm her down,” which stunned her and she staggered, then took her to a place where Combs allegedly raped her and after the assault, the two men left her in the lobby of the building.

Sean Combs’ lawyers denied the allegations in a statement to DailyMail.com: ‘No matter how many lawsuits are filed, that will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or sexually trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.’
