Reba McEntire is giving us serious heart eyes! The country music icon took to Instagram to celebrate a major milestone: her five-year anniversary with boyfriend Rex Linn.

While five years is a milestone worthy of celebration, the duo actually met more than 30 years ago on the set of The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw. They have since starred together in Big Sky, Young Sheldon, and now Happy’s Place. Reba shared photos from 2020 and today, and fans couldn’t contain their excitement.

In the new photo, Rex and Reba (aka “sugar tot” and “tater tot”) strike very similar poses to their picture from five years ago. Reba paired the post with her romantic ballad “Forever Love” and wrote, “Celebrating five years of tater tots this week! ❤️ #thetots #anniversary”

The post garnered hundreds of replies from fans and friends. Country singer Lee Ann Womack wrote, “Loooooooove ❤️❤️,” and Sweet Magnolias star JoAnna Garcia Swisher (who costarred on Reba), added, “Tater tots for life! 💕” Actress Annie Potts commented, “Happy Anniversary! Yall are perfect for each other ❤️❤️” Even fast food restaurant (and tater tot purveyor) Sonic chimed in with “😭😭😭😭 love.”

After being married twice, it’s safe to say Reba has truly found her happy place with the former CSI: Miami star! When asked if they would get married, the 69-year-old said it would be up to Rex. She told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, “I’ve been married twice. He’s never been married. So, if he wants to [get married], that’s totally up to him.”
